Spare of the moment things keeps the memories of life threw out eternity. 9:39 last night Bret decided that we should take the kids to see Tangled 3D at Sugar house. Kids in Jammie's were in the car in a minute and off we were. Movies started at 10:05. We got there with 10 min to spare and every child stayed wide awake threw the whole movie. Oh the joy on the kids faces were priceless. Thanks Bret and kids for making my life so full of adventure.

My Book Lover 2011

Okay so every day after the older two goes to Kindergarten Ilikea and I enjoy reading stories together for a half hour or so. She loves to have me read to her and then she reads to herself. She usually falls asleep about an hour after. Which is great for Mom cause then I can get my work done. This is something that I will always cherish with her. Thank you Ilikea for letting me cherish those moments with you.

Okay for the last three years I have taken my kids over to Colonial Square on the First Monday of December. Where we enjoy a wagon ride, popcorn, candy cane, treats that the stores put out, Ms clause and of course Santa Clause. Its a great fun free outing for the kids and I. We have enjoyed it and hope to have many more years of going. This year Morgan Tate came to join us and we had a blast. Thank you kids for allowing me to take you and see your excitement of Christmas.

Preschool Graduation 2010

Yes on the kids last day of preschool instead of having a Graduation program. They did a Fire Station tour. Ty was so excited for the fact that he keeps saying that when he grows up he wants to be a fireman. Kai'imi was okay with going but wasn't excited as Ty was. I decided to tag along and bring Ili as well. We had a great time and learned more about what Fireman's do and how everything works with their trucks. It was a great last day of Preschool.

Zion's 2010

On Sunday before heading back home we decided to go to Church in Zion's National Park, then enjoyed a tour by bus around Zions and did a 2 mile hike with the kids to the Scared Grove. It was very enjoyable. We loved the peace and quietness that we felt while we spent some quality time as a family. The kids never once complained during the hike. It was a great Sunday before coming home.

I am laughing at Bret who can't take the Smell of this......

Yes, that's BARF everywhere and I mean everywhere. So short version we stopped at Bret's friends house and he gave us some cookies, then we stopped in Colorado City and brought some rice crispy treats at a bake sale and we didn't plan on really spending the whole day driving up to the Grand Canyon. So we had only packed water, granola bars, and a few snacks. So while driving up there Ty ate and ate and Bret and I didn't realize how much he snacked on the junk until the way back down the Grand Canyon about 12 miles aways from the nearest anything. Ty tells us he is not feeling well and I tell him that we have just had a long day and he is just tired and he kept on telling me that he wasn't feeling good and I kept just telling him to close his eyes and take a nap. Well I sure believed him when both Bret and I was sprayed with Barf. Well since we were 12 miles away from anything and we weren't prepared for this. We had to endure the smell and poor Ty was only in his underwear. I did give him my under shirt and we drove with the windows down until we reached a gas station and cleaned things up.

We all learned an important lesson, bring a good lunch, make sure your kids don't eat all the cookies, bring wipes, extra clothes and more water.

It still turned out to a great day!!!!

Yes, we were freezing and wasn't prepared for that. So we found the gift shop that had sweatshirts 50% off for the kids. I wished they had my size (lol). I enjoyed purchasing them for the kids and loved how they all matched and they thought that was so awesome as well.

This year on our trip down in St George we went up the Grand Canyon. It was just a tiny glimpse of it. We drove forever, enjoyed shops, hiking, the fresh air, and the beauty. It was amazing.

This year on our annual trip to St George for my UPHA convention we took the kids to the Dinosaur museum where we had fun looking at all the different types of dinosaurs there were, finding bones, and finding a treasure in Clay. The kids also enjoyed coloring pictures and making things at the museum.

Every year we go down to St. George for my work Annuals UPHA's convention. This year on the way down to St George we stopped at Bryce Canyon and then before heading back up to Salt Lake we went to Zion's National park and the Grand Canyon. Wow God created beauty everywhere and its been great to appreciate it and teach my children about it. We had a blast with picnics and hiking and enjoying Gods Creations.

T-Ball Spring 2010

Yes, the two monkeys played T-Ball this year for the first time and did well. At the first of the season they both didn't even know how to hold a bat, catch a ball or even put a glove on in the right hand. By the end of the season both of them were hitting the ball as the coach pitched to them, catching the ball in their glove. It was a great experience and they can't wait to do it again next Spring.

Side note Ty was going to be the only one playing T-Ball cause Kai'imi was in Hula well then that changed. Coach Ben who is also the kids soccer coach said that Kai'imi could join their team so she did. She was the only girl on the team but loved it.

Computer Class Graduation 2009/2010

Oh what a great school year Ty and Kai'imi had at Computer Class. They loved every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon. Ms. Marj is such a great and Patience teacher. This was their second year and I couldn't believe the improvement they made in a years time. Ty, Kai'imi and I can't wait for this coming school year.

Yes, Kai'imilani is all girl. She loves to do hair, paint nails, dress up and so on. She always is begging me to do my hair. I let her this one day and then she wanted to take a picture of it. THE Uninvited house guests! 4/7/10

This is a great memory but not ever wanting to repeat it. On Wednesday night Judy was dropping me off and we sat there for a little bit talking. As we were talking we noticed something on the roof bigger than a cat and even a puppy. So we got out and got closer to the roof where we recognize a Racoon. A great big one. I scream and called Bret who was in the house and told him to come out threw the back door. Anyways we watched it go down the chimney into the basement chimney. Well Bret and I never finished the fireplace in the basement we just sheet rocked over it. So there was no way of getting them out quickly. So we looked up what to do and called around. Animal control doesn't work with racoon's, other places would cost over 1000.00 depending on how many were down there and so on. So we read about how other people have gotten them out. So a week later Sunday morning we decided that they were down there long enough and we got the firecrackers, thanks to our neighbors the Tate and we threw some down the chimney and played loud crazy talk radio all day long. Every so many hours Bret would throw down some firecrackers. Lets say that evening when it came dark that mama racoon took her and her babies out and ran. It was a happy day for me, no more dreaming of crazy racoon's and all the possibilities of what they could of done to me and the kids and so on.

We got on the Front Runner to head to Ogden to see the train expo. Where the kids had a blast. We saw all different types of trains and we even saw trains that were built out of Lego's. It was probably the kids favorite part. Anyways since we rode up on front runner we had to ride back. Long story short on the way back Ty wanted a map (a schedule), Bret told him that when we got off he would grab on for Ty. Anyways well Bret forgot and went to get back on the train and get that map for Ty as he got back on the train took off and so Bret ended up riding down into Salt Lake City and having to wait for it to come back. It was like an hour before he returned home. I laughed so hard and poor Bret was just trying to be the Best Dad he could be. Yes, Ty still has his map. It was a great day and a fun memory.

This is what we call a huge mess of toothpaste. Ilikea loves to brush her teeth and us whoever toothbrush. Well on this particular day she decided not only her teeth needed toothpaste but her whole body needed it too. She took all of her clothes off and create a giant mess. She started to cry when I scolded her and then I had to take a picture. Yes it was fun to clean up as well.

I have tried to do what my kids call homework with them everyday for at least 20 min a day. Ili has decided that she is big enough to do homework as well. Its been fun and I look forward to continuing this with my Children and hopefully I am teaching them a thing or two.

Christmas 12/25/2009

This year we decided to start a new tradition with Christmas. Christmas Eve we had a nice dinner, kids got new PJ's from Mom and Dad, we read the story about our Savior, and tried to put the kids to bed and I mean we sure tried but their excitement was uncontrollable. After they went to bed Santa always rings bells by their window.

Christmas morning has changed for the us, everyone had to be upstairs at the same time in order to go into the front room. The first hour of Christmas morning was spent looking threw our stockings and chatting. Then the next hour they could open one present, clean up the mess and then enjoy what they opened. We have decided that Christmas day goes by way too quickly and they kids don't really enjoy what they receive. So for the whole day we did something for every hour. We opened a present every hour, ate breakfast for one of the hours, went sledding for an hour (actually took 2 hours), made lunch, and enjoyed a lovely dinner as we still wasn't finished opening before the kids fell asleep so the next day we continued with our every hour. Although we went to the dollar theater and enjoyed a family fun day.

I really enjoyed the Christmas Holiday and enjoyed the excitement in my Children's face. I believe that our every hour thing will become a spacial Crockett thing for our family.

Even though we enjoyed the world of Christmas we didn't forget the true meaning of Christmas and we did reelect upon all that our Savior did for us.

Every year on the day after Thanksgiving they turn on the beautiful Christmas list on Temple Square. Its one of the favorite things to do with the kids this time of year. This year we went with the Boyer Family and had a blast. It was pretty cold out but it was still as Pretty as the first time I came to this, although this year we went earlier enough in the evening that it wasn't so crowded.

So this year Coach Ben from Soccer was also going to be coaching T-Ball and asked if the kids would like to join as well. Well I put Ty in and he was beyond excited to be there and try out this new sport for him. Considering Bret or I have never played Catch or even hit a ball with him he is doing well. Well about a month into T-Ball Kai'imi joined their team, (thanks to Coach Ben who pulled some strings and let her on). She as well have never played. I love watching them improve with practice and each game. Its amazing to me on how well they can do. I look forward to watching them grow and becoming better each time.

Spring Soccer Season 2010

So this post is way out of place but life has been so crazy and I am grateful for Merilynn who took these pictures and posted them on my blog for me. Yes another year of Soccer has come and gone. The twins had a blast and loved being on their same team as last year. Spring was fun but cold and most of the time you would of thought it was dead of Winter but the kids never complained about being cold and got out there and played hard. They loved Coach Ben and the whole team. Ty improved on speed and ability to run with the ball not being all over the field. He also became excellent in scoring. Kai'imi improved on speed as well and she was an amazing defense player. I swear putting piggy tails in her hair always made her speed like lighting McQueen as she would say. As a parent you are always so proud of your kids and Yes I am very proud of them. They both did well and we are looking forward to next Soccer Season. Thank you to all the Coaches, especially Coach Ben and all those awesome players.

My hana sister Kuulei'iminaaua. I was lucky enough to be able to go back to Hawaii and be her escort threw the Temple. I felt honored. I have always admired her and her family. She is an excellent example and because of her and her family I was able to find this true Church. My life is amazing because of the Gospel, not that I don't have my trails but with knowing my Heavenly Father I know that all things are possible. This Day couldn't be more amazing!!!! Thank you Imi for giving me this experience. I love you dearly!

I had the experience to go threw the Temple with these two amazing people,Aunty Hi'i and Uncle Tom. They both received their endowments and then were sealed for time and all eternity. Also Imi was sealed to them as well. It was an amazing experience and it will forever be remembered. I was so lucky to be able to get there in time for their awesome event. I will never forget the spirit that I felt in the Temple that day.

So this are pictures from my trip back to Hawaii this past November. The kids and I had a blast. I had the opportunity to see my best friends go threw the Kona Hawaii Temple. Aunty Hi'i and Uncle Tom were sealed and Imi was sealed to her parents. It was an amazing day. I will have to write about the experience another time. Then it was also Laci's 2nd birthday where I went to church and then showed up at my sister's house for Laci's birthday party. I totally surprised my Sis. It was awesome. I was a little sad that my dad already had left to go home and my brother wasn't there. But seeing my Sister's face was priceless. The kids and I went to the beach a couple of time with Aunty Hii and Uncle Tom, Imi even took the day off to go and hang out with us. One day I took the kids to black sand beach where we saw the turtles and one day we went to Hilo to hang out with my Dad. Anytime I am in Hawaii its always awesome. It was a great trip and yes I survived traveling with three children and would do it again.

This Man is amazing!!!! He and my Granny lived next door my whole life until I moved away to college. Not a day went by without seeing them from the time I was born till I was 18. He and my Granny taught us how to serve and love everyone. He turned 89 years old on Feburary 6th 2010.

The First Lost Tooth

Okay so the day before we left for Hawaii, Ty lost his first tooth. Aunty Kim Boyer helped him pull it out while I videoed it. He was so brave and cute about it. The next morning as we were getting ready to head to the airport he reported that the tooth fairy left him whole dollar. He was so excited and said now he has spending money on his trip. Kai'imi keeps saying when is it her turn.

Halloween 2009

Halloween this year was full of fun, we did our usual of taking them to Inkelys for the free pictures, walking main street, going to Colonial Square, going to Senior Citizen Center where Trent works and yes 4th year in a row Ty was sick but went along till it was time to trick or treat in the neighborhood where he feel asleep and slept the night away. Kai'imi and Ili got plenty to share. We always have their cousins come over and the Men take the kids around the neighborhood. The Dads enjoy taking them cause they trick or treat as well. They always stop at the Russons house and have a giant bowl of Chili.

Baby Animal Day at the ZOO

So I gathered my monkeys and took them to baby animal day at the Zoo, where we met their cousins. It was so much fun we got to see a baby elephant that already weighs 200 lbs, baby tiger cubs, and a baby monkey. The kids and I loved every second of it. Spending time with family is always the best memories and being at the zoo just added to it.

This year we craved our pumpkins just the day before Halloween. Grandma Crockett watched my kids in the afternoon while I went to a Pharmacy Show that evening. When I got back we craved pumpkins. Ty and I worked on a scary monster together, Kaiimi and Grandpa Crockett worked on a silly face and Bret and Ili also worked on their own creation. It was fun. The kids didn't like cleaning out the pumpkins but shh neither do I. We put them on the porch but didn't get a chance to light them that night.

Boo at the Zoo

Yes, it was time for the Boo at the Zoo again. Last year we went at the end of it and this year we went at the beginning and we had a blast. The kids loved every second of it, even little ducky got into it. We covered the whole zoo and every ones treat bags were full. It was a fun full day of joy. One more tradition to do every year and one more memory to add to our books.

Bret's in Vernal

So about four weeks ago, Bret came home from work with both great and sad news. He still had a job, great but now he works in Vernal, sad. It didn't hit me to hard cause the next day I left for Hawaii. Well I have been home for three weeks now and I am so missing him. He gets to come home on weekends but during the week, its the kids and I. We have been blessed in many ways so I am not complaining but I am so missing my sweet, amazing, and wonderful husband very much. I didn't realize how much I would miss him. I thought it would be easy cause I didn't have to make dinner by a certain time, one less persons laundry to do during the week and I would be in charge and do my own thing, well I am so wrong. I miss cooking meals for him, miss doing his laundry and I miss him keeping my bed warm. What I am trying to say is Bret I love you and miss you!!!!

So for a week straight every day it was one thing after another with her. The first one was when I put her down for a nap and she took her diaper off and yep pooped everywhere. It was all over her, the crib, and the floor. It was nasty cleaning that up. The next day she climbed from the toilet into the sink and wanted to brush her teeth well there was tooth past all over her, the mirror and the sink. The following day she got a hold of a marker and colored her face, hands, and body and kept on saying pretty. Yes she is a handful but I wouldn't trade her for the world. She keeps me busy and laughing. I love you Ili Monster even if you get into everything.

Pumpkin Patch

Its that time a year again where we go to Pack Farms with the Pages, except this year the Boyer family came along. It was great. We had a blast going threw the mazes and finding pumpkins. We have loved this and have been going there now for 4 years.

Kanani's Birthday Party

Kanani Boyer turns 5 and invites us to her Cowboy and Cowgirl birthday party in Brigham City at her Uncles little ranch. Kai'imi and Kanani have become great friends and enjoy each others company. We had a blast at the ranch. They have miniature horses, chickens, goats, and horses. They went on wagon rides and even went horse back riding. It was a blast, we are so blessed to have amazing Friends. Thank you Kanani for inviting us to your Birthday party.

Floating down the Ogden River

Okay so my brother in law Derek wanted to go rafting and so we tagged along and went down the Ogden River. So on Saturday 9/12 we found rafts and headed up there. Derek, Nick and Lincoln went ahead of us. Bret, Easton and Ty were in one boat and Ili, Kai'imi were in the other at first it was wasn't so bad and we would get splashed a little or our butts would hit the rocks and even sometime we would drift off to the sides and get a little tree in our face but there is this one spot that we didn't know about and the current and it wrapped my boat around a branch. Kai'imi went floating off and Ili and I went under the water. I got Ili and I up and was holding onto a branch and Bret went after Kai'imi. Just so happen where we fell in there was a Mexican Family have a grieving ceremony over their lost one. Well in their very nice clothes these men jump into to help us. They saved Kai'imi and my floating phone. Yes it was a scary but funny memory of our life. If Kai'imi would of floated just a little way further down she would of been able to just stand up. We got out of the water right there and I borrowed a mans phone to call Derek. Yes Bret, Ty, Nick, Easton, and Derek got back in and continued to the end. At the end of the river there is a spot where you go down some little rapids and the kids and men went down there a couple of times. Yes we even got Kai'imi back into the boat.

After that we went back up there two more times until the weather got too cold. Mike and Camie along with their children joined us once too. It was fun and I am sure we will be doing that again next summer.

Soccer time again 2009 Fall Season

This year we went from Tiny tots to Actually Rush league soccer. Ty and Kai'imi loved playing and I enjoyed it myself. I couldn't believe how awesome they did. They improved so much from last year. Ty really came out of his shell and Kai'imi got shy this year but they both did well for 5 yr olds. They played on the same team as they did last year with two new players and they even had the same coaches. The coaches did an awesome job. Their team name was the Stingers. They will play again in the Spring.

We have missed the deadline by 6 days for Kindergarten but Preschool is just as exciting, and I am not too sure I am ready for them to be in Big Kid school as they call it. Ty and Kai'imi are going to Preschool in Bountiful called love and logic. They go to school Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 to 11:15. They also go to Computer School on Tuesday and Thursday from 2 till 3 called Waterford Ins. We went there last year and loved it. My kids were so excited and mom is excited cause they are. So far, we are enjoying both schools and they kids are learning and telling me fun things.

Yes, Ty and Kai'imi had their first real Birthday party with friends and cousins. We played games, ate cup cakes, and had a pinata. The kids loved every second of it. I couldn't believe how quickly they broke the pinata.

What they are 5 already? where has the time gone. I don't feel old enough to have 5 year olds. This year their birthday was on Sunday. So we went to church, came home and made them their cakes and we had Bret's family over that night for dinner to celebrate their birthdays and everyone else birthday that happened in August and September.

For their cakes I made a Ninja Turtle cupcake for Ty and a Strawberry cup cake for Kai'imi. I was impressed with my cake making skills. It actually turned out cute.

For Ty's birthday present I found a barn and for Kai'imi's she got her ears priced.They also got a lot from family and friends. Also all they wanted was a Birthday Party with their friends.

Thank you family and friends for always spoiling my children. We are so blessed to have you all in our lives.

Ty'makoa I can't believe you are already 5. The joy and peace you bring into our home is amazing. You have taught me love and kindness. I can't believe how loving you are to your sisters and always willing to do everything and anything for any of us. Your sweet spirit blesses our home and life wouldn't be the same without you. Illikea's 1st birthday came quickly. I can't believe she is already 1, for her birthday I made a bug cake and we had a little pool party in the back yard with family and friends. The kids enjoyed swimming and the adults enjoyed visiting. Bret BBQ hot dogs. It was fun evening. She got a lot of fun things as well, So thank you everyone who came.

Ilikea has thought me so much this last year. She has taught me to be patience, love, and more patience. She is full of life and loves to get into everything with a smile. Her smile melts my heart and even though I want to be mad at her for getting into trouble her smile just makes me laugh. We are so blessed to have her in our home. Thank you Heavenly Father for her. I know this is really old but I still have to post it. Ty learned how to ride a bike without training wheels in a matter of 3 minutes at the beginning of the summer. He just got right up and started riding. I was so proud as a mother. He has loved his bike this summer and won't get off of it. I found him a big boy bike for $10 at a yard sale that was practically brand new. I need to post a picture of it.

Just on Tuesday he gave Kai'imi his sucker cause she wanted the green one instead of the purple one. Her purple sucker was half eaten but he still traded. So back in May Kai'imi after church was looking out the front window watching the rain when she said whats that animal. Sure enough there was a funny animal that had climb into Bret's truck. Steve our neighbor that's an animal catcher tried to catch it, but didn't ever get it. Steve said it was a wood chuck and they bite. It was a weird looking animal. It was great entertainment for a couple of hours. We don't know what ever happen to it but it wasn't fun watching everyone trying to catch it including our neighbor next door that's in his 70's.

Okay so the days and months have flown by. I can't say that our summer has been full of vacations and relaxing but it has been full and lots of excellent memories. We have done many things and I can't wait to get some pictures up and going. My goal is to get what pictures I do have up on my blog within the next two weeks. I don't have too many pictures for my lab top where I stored all of my pictures died and needed to be rebuilt. Yes I know I lost everything and if I would of back everything up I wouldn't have lost one the most precious thing to me, my pictures. Anyways, I thought if I wrote my goal down on my blog that it would be a more incentive for me to really get it done.

The second half of soccer season was April threw the first week of May. I had a blast watching my two kids learn so much from the first part of the season. Ty came out of his shell and actually ran to get the ball and block the ball. I remember one game where he blocked 4 goals, and made 3 goals all in the same game. It was so fun to watch him. His Dad even got to see that game.

Kai'imi did a great job as well. She wasn't afraid of the ball or the players. She would go and get the ball anytime it was coming her way no matter who was in her way.

Being their Mom I am so proud of them. I have loved how much they have grown. They are both signed up to play next year as well.

Okay so these are all in random order but each year I go down to St. George for the UPHA convention. Its turned into a tradition of Bret and the kids coming down with. Bret and the Kids spend time together while I go to work. The last two years it also happens to be the week that Aunty Hi'i and Uncle Tom go to Las Vegas so we try to meet up. They drive up from Las Vegas to St George. This year we went to Fun Fiesta, and out to lunch at Red Lobster. We had a great time together. Seeing them has made me miss home more than I normal do. We also took the kids to down town St George where they played with the fountains, drove by the Temple and we also went to see the Smith family that Bret knew on his mission before they moved to St George. All in All we had a blast being in St George and spending time together as a family.

This year we also decided to stay a day longer drove down to Las Vegas. Pictures and and entry will follow about the Las Vegas trip.

This year Ty and Kai'imi took a Computer Class that thought them reading, math and Science on the computer. Ty and Kai'imi have loved it and wouldn't let us miss a class.They went Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays, each day they looked forward to going. Nick and Ashton attended with them. Ms Marg their teacher was so awesome with them. The kids did well. I was so proud of them as a Mom. I was impressed on how much they really did learn from the beginning of the year to the end. Ty and Kai'imi impressed me.

Easter Egg Coloring

So I know that this post is really out dated but I have been super busy and just haven't taken the time, so sorry.

Easter Sunday was a beautiful day. We started the day out getting ready and going to Church. I love Sundays for this reason. After Church we came home and got everything put together for Easter. The Page family joined us this year and that was really fun. I put together a treasure hunt for the Men and the kids. The Men seems to have just as much as the kids did. After they found their Easter Baskets we then had them go and find Easter Eggs. When all the fun activity was done we sat down to have a Yummy Easter dinner together as we remembered our Savior and all that he did for us.

So quick and a short version of my story, I went to Target to get my kids pictures taken for my Mother in laws birthday and I figure its time. So I made an appointment for myself and my sister in laws. While I made the apt I asked a couple of questions regrading my coupon and if we could all use it. Well we went to the scheduled time and I wanted to do two sessions in two different outfits. We took the pictures and then the lady said where is our coupon and I said oops I forgot it. She then tells me that I would need to go home and get my coupon or else she wouldn't let me use it. So I ran home to get my coupons. When I got back there she would only let me use on coupon even though I did two different setting and now it was one setting now. She said I could order more if I paid $14.99 a sheet instead of my $3.99 a sheet coupon. I was so bugged that I just got the $8.00 package and left. So we are just going to have to enjoy these cute pictures on the Internet. Poor customer service, but cute pictures.

So March 17, 2009 Bret and I celebrated our 8th Anniversary. 8 years later we are still happliy married. We have three kids and still live in Woods Cross. This year we celebrated by going out to eat lunch while the kids were in school. We went out to eat at L and L Hawaiian BBQ close to where Bret was working. He got the mix BBQ plate and I got Mahi Mahi. I loved it. Its been a while since I ate Mahi Mahi. I enjoyed every bite. We had a nice quite 30 minutes. We haven't had that in a while. After lunch Bret went back to work, I picked the kids up and headed to the Children's Museum, and after work and the museum Bret went back to work up in Ogden and I headed to Relief Society and helped in the Kitchen. It was a full day of stuff, but still awesome.

I wanted Bret to know how happy he makes me. We didn't have to spend the whole day spoiling each other because we have eternity to go.

Bret works hard for our family and is always providing for us. He allows me to work part time and spend the rest of my time with the kids. He is my light, my world and my everything. Thank you for choosing me 8 years ago. Thank you for making my life full of fun, surprises, and memories. Thank you for blessing me with the three most precious gift, our children. Bret I love you and thank you for being who you are. You are an amazing husband and Father. Bret, because of you we are so blessed and I thank my Father in Heaven for you! I am so LUCKY!!!!

Today was a Free Day at the Children's Museum, so I decided to take the kids after preschool. Kai'imi invited Laci to come with and Nick came along to since his Mommy was busy with Eastans school. So the five children and I had a blast playing on toys and looking for leprechauns around the place. We found two of them. I especially enjoyed watching Kai'imi run around with her glasses and the kids being so happy. Kai'imi loved the horse, Ty and Nick loved playing in the building area and police cars, Laci loved driving the tractor and sliding down the yellow slide and Ilikea loved the garden and just being free to play. The 5 children were well behaved so we stayed from 4 hours. They still didn't want to come home. It was a great fun filled day and again we added memories to our life.

So this past weekend we were invited down to Becky and Skyler's home to celebrate Skyler's birthday. Becky got the boys tickets to the BYU basketball game. So all the brothers including their Dad, Becky's Uncle and Trevor headed to the game. While the women stayed at their home to make Cinnamon Rolls. We got the Cinnamon Rolls started and while it was rising we decided to head to the store called Sunflower which had great prices for fruits and Veggies. The kids all got balloons at the end. After that we then headed to a store called ummm I can't remember I will have to post it later. After that store and getting some awesome deals on Pink Lady Apples, we went back to Becky and Skyler's to finish the Cinnamon rolls and wait for the boys to come back. It was a late but fun night. Sad but Funny Story 3-5-09

Ty wasn't feeling well cause of the air so his asthma was awful. So he is sitting on my lap yesterday during my weekly conference call. He was being quite and good. And then all of a sudden he says my stomach is sore. Yep he threw up all over me, the phone and the chair. So yes my co-workers and bosses heard him and I had to hang up. It was so gross. Lucky for me it wasn't food throw up it was just foam and stomach acid from him gasping during his asthma attack. However it did stink. He laid around all day yesterday and today he is feeling a little better. I sure love you Ty and thanks for getting me off my conference call early. (hehehe)

Story, Ilikea was left in the kitchen in her high chair with Ty to finish up their breakfast while I get Kai'imi's hair done for school. I then hear a crash and a scream. Ty had taken off the tray and Ilikea had rocked the chair so she tipped the chair and fell froward and bruised her cheek, leg and got a fat lip. It scared me so bad. I learned a new lesson that day, Never leave your children alone even if they are buckled into their High Chair, never know what can happen.

Long story short Bret convinces me to drive to Ogden to help clean up an apartment, cause the roads are suppose to be plowed, WRONG they weren't it was a nightmare driving up there. I was so mad that I had to stop and take pictures of what I was driving in. I kept thanking Heavenly Father for letting me make it to each traffic light and that my kids were asleep cause if something would of happened at least they were asleep and they wouldn't of known. Anyways, nothing happened except for my angry and anxiety.

If anyone knows me, they would know that I avoid leaving the house on snowy days. Well next time I wont listen to him.

We got a Bountiful Rec family pass for this year. We have been enjoying it on Monday nights by taking the kids swimming. They have a little area for the kids to play, swim and they can touch. Ty and Kai'imi both love the little slides and when Dads around to take them down the big Slides. Bret enjoys jumping off the diving boards and playing with the kids. Ilikea loves her tube and being able to kick her little feet in it. And I love that we are together as a family having fun.

Stephanie invited the kids and I to tag along to the Children's Museum with her family. We had a blast there. Ilikea loved the balls, Kai'imi loved the mail service, and Ty enjoyed building. This place had a ton of different and unique things to do. We also attended reading time for the kids. The story was Green Eggs and Ham. The kids got to make their own green eggs and ham. They loved it. I even really enjoyed it. There was so much to do and we could of spent all day there. The kids were sad to leave, but on March 17th its a free day. So we will be going back. Also on Tuesday is $2 off day.

Time is flying by I can't believe my baby is 8 months old today. Things she can do is crawl everywhere, walk along everything and anything, loves to play in the bathroom, loves to be with her big Brother and big Sister she has also started standing all by herself. Kai'imi has not stop talking about dancing Hula since she started last summer. The group she was dancing for has decided not to dance we have found her a new group out in Layton called Ilioploynesia. On December 26th we headed back to Idaho for Bret's Cousins wedding, Kevin Griffiths. We went to the reception and then after that a huge group of cousins, Aunt, Uncles and who ever else wanted to join in on the fun went swimming at the Hotel we were staying at. It was so awesome. We had a blast. I especially loved watching everyone interacting with my children. Bret is so blessed to have a wonderful family and I am lucky to have married into it.

Okay so I know lots of people including myself can't wait to see out Christmas Vacation pictures. So those of you that are wondering what vacation on December 5th we loaded our van along with Derek's family, and Mike's family and drove over night 12 hours to California where we went to Universal Studios, Disneyland, Sea World, Wild Life Animal Park, California Adventure and to the Beach. Me being a dork!

This Christmas was full of fun. We did things as we normally do but we had Grandpa and Grandma Crockett spend the night along with Skyler, Becky, Devon and Trent. So lets say we had a house full.

On Christmas Eve we made chicken wings (Skylers awesome recipe), played games and laughed the night away. We did the Birth of Baby Jesus story and the kids thought it was so fun to be a part in the play. Then the kids were off to bed.

Yep we kept our tradition of ringing bells outside their window and wishing them a Merry Christmas from Santa before the fell asleep. We have done this since Ty and Kai'imi were one. We have loved this. This year the three Kids slept in Ilikea's room upstairs. You should of seen the looks on their face as Santa said Merry Christmas to all and to all a Good Night.

So after that we went to bed our selves. I think I am still a little kid and have a hard time still falling asleep. Finally Christmas Morning...... Its 8:30 and finally the kids are getting up. I have the kids go downstairs and get everyone upstairs to see what Santa brought. This year Santa brought a new Bunny (thanks to our Home teachers) for the kids. The biggest part of our Christmas was spent the first of December going to Disneyland.

After opening presents and cleaning up we had lunch, played games and then enjoyed a nice dinner together as a family.

This year we have been blessed with so much. I can't even being to say how much we have been blessed. I know because of our SAVIOR this day is made.

Also Happy Birthday Granny, I love you and miss you so very much. Each day has been harder and harder since you left this earth I cant wait to see you again in Heaven. Thank you for everything and you will always be so close to my heart.

It was a cold snowy day of her services.

Driving down the roads

Grandma loved all of us. She did not think of me as one of her many grand kids. She thought of me as Bret. I loved to bring my Friends over. When I brought anyone over they were interested in my life and my Friend's life. My mother {Nancy}, has a rare quality. She loves everyone she meets. When I think of grandma a realize where she gets this rare gift. I must admit I did my fair share of sneaking ice cream bars out of the deep freezer. I am also sorry to say I did take more then one Oreo out of the cookie jar. The amount of cookies I would take depended on how big of pockets you had! Grandma was patient and loving, even with the naughty grand kids!! I love her for her example and for how she treated all of us. She is now free from sickness and pain. Her life has been a great success, I am just so happy for her.Bret Crockett

As I went to this funeral I was the reminder of what eternity really is. Her parents started a legend with 12 kids, Fern having 10 kids, and her kids have kids. I think it was something like 89 Grandchildren and more on the way. Anyways it went on and on. Grandma Anderson truly left behind a generation. During the Services the Grand kids were asked to Sing Families can be together forever and I wanted to say that pretty much the whole chapel stood up. It was a very touching. My thoughts went back to my own Granny who died almost two years ago.She too was a legend.

I will write about my Granny another time.

Grandma Anderson you will be missed here on earth but we will see you again in Heaven. Thank you for all that you have left behind for I am lucky to be married to your Grandson.

After the Funeral..........After the funeral we decided to stay another night due to the weather looking so bad out there and have some fun with the Vargas, Bret's Aunt and Uncle. Anderson, Ty and Kai'imi had a blast playing together. It was fun to see cousins having fun.
